SAP SuccessFactor HCM Consultant

SAP HCM & SuccessFactors Expertise

  • Strong hands-on experience in SAP HCM modules (Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Time Management, Payroll).

  • Proficiency with SAP SuccessFactors modules like Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Learning, or Compensation.

  • Experience in configuring and implementing HR processes in SuccessFactors.

German Payroll Knowledge

  • In-depth understanding of German payroll legislation and compliance.

  • Experience in localizations, tax calculations, social security contributions, and statutory reporting in Germany.

  • Often a mandatory requirement for HCM consultants in Germany.

Implementation & Project Experience

  • Proven track record in end-to-end SAP HCM / SuccessFactors implementations.

  • Experience in greenfield, brownfield, or rollouts.

  • Ability to analyse business requirements and translate them into SAP configurations.

Integration Skills

  • Familiarity with SAP ERP, S/4HANA, and third-party HR systems.

  • Knowledge of SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) or other middleware for connecting SuccessFactors to SAP ERP HCM.
