Location: Hybrid (2–3 days per week in office, Near Hamburg)
Salary: €70,000 – €90,000 per annum

About the Role
We are seeking an SAP Release Manager to join a growing organization with a strong technical foundation and collaborative team culture. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth and efficient SAP release processes, coordinating multiple projects, and managing cutover planning activities.
As an SAP Release Manager, you’ll work closely with the SAP Basis and Architecture teams, building strong internal networks to ensure seamless technical delivery and go-live execution.
Key Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate SAP release cycles, ensuring successful and timely deployments.

Oversee cutover planning and execution across multiple SAP projects.

Act as the bridge between technical SAP Basis experts, project management teams, and business stakeholders.

Support the integration of new developments and changes into the SAP landscape.

Maintain adherence to established methodologies and processes.

Continuously improve release management workflows and documentation.
Requirements

Fluent in German (spoken and written).

Prior SAP Release Management experience

Team & Environment
You’ll be joining a highly skilled team of 12–13 SAP professionals, including Basis experts, architects, and project managers. The culture encourages collaboration, continuous learning, and hands-on involvement in complex SAP landscapes.
Hybrid work is available, but onsite collaboration (2–3 days per week) is key to building the strong internal networks required for success in this role.
