Job Title: NetSuite Finance Specialist

I am working with a company in Netherlands who are looking for a NetSuite Finance Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and optimising NetSuite financial operations, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and supporting financial reporting and analysis. This role requires a deep understanding of finance and accounting processes, proficiency in NetSuite, and fluency in Dutch.

NetSuite Consultant Key Responsibilities

• Financial Management: Oversee daily financial operations within NetSuite, including general ledger management, accounts payable/receivable, and financial reporting.
• System Configuration: Customise and optimise NetSuite financial modules to meet business needs and ensure compliance with Dutch regulations.
• Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis and reporting, providing insights to support decision-making processes.
• Compliance: Ensure all financial activities adhere to Dutch accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Support and Training: Provide support and training to finance teams to ensure effective use of NetSuite.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in finance or accounting with expertise in NetSuite ERP.
• Language Skills: Fluency in Dutch & English is essential.
• Financial Knowledge: Strong understanding of Dutch accounting standards and financial regulations.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in NetSuite configuration, customisation, and reporting.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
