Job Overview:
We are representing a established Microsoft partner who are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics HR Consultant to join their team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in both German and English, have in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Human Resources, and be comfortable working in a remote environment. You will be responsible for advising on, implementing, and optimizing HR solutions using Dynamics 365, ensuring alignment with business processes and needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation and customisation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 HR modules.
  • Provide expert consulting on HR processes, including employee management, payroll, benefits, and performance tracking.
  • Conduct system configurations, integrations, and data migrations.
  • Work closely with HR teams to understand requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Offer post-implementation support, training, and troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other Dynamics 365 modules (Finance, Sales, etc.).
  • Stay updated on the latest Dynamics 365 HR features and updates to provide continuous improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with German labour laws and industry-specific HR regulations.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 HR Consultant, with a strong understanding of HR processes.
  • Fluent in German and English (spoken and written).
  • Strong experience with the Microsoft Power Platform and ability to work with tools like Power Automate, Power BI, etc.
  • Previous experience working remotely and managing projects independently.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of German HR regulations and processes is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 HR certifications.
  • Experience with other Dynamics 365 modules (e.g., Finance and Operations, CE).
  • Prior experience with international HR projects.
