About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Microsoft Dynamics F&O Finance Consultant to join a dynamic implementation project team at one of our long established partners. This role is fully remote, and candidates must be fluent in German and reside in Germany or Switzerland.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and participate in the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) projects.
• Analyse business processes and recommend solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance modules.
• Lead or support implementations, including system configuration, customisation, and integration.
• Provide expertise in areas such as general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, budgeting, and fixed assets.
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, design workflows, and provide training.
• Ensure the financial solution aligns with the client’s business goals and complies with local regulations.
• Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of implemented solutions.
• Collaborate with both technical and functional teams to deliver optimal results.
• Provide expert advice on best practices for financial processes and system optimisation.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops for end-users.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Dynamics 365 F&O.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Dynamics 365 F&O features and updates.

Qualifications:

• Fluent in German (both written and spoken).
• Residing in Germany or Switzerland.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
• Strong understanding of financial processes and accounting principles.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications.
• Experience with other Microsoft Dynamics modules.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies.
