Infor M3 Supply Chain and Manufacturing

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the subject matter expert for INFOR M3 modules in manufacturing, logistics, procurement, sales, and distribution.
  • Lead and manage end-to-end implementation projects, including requirement gathering, solution design, system configuration, testing, and go-live support.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to analyse business needs and recommend system-based solutions.
  • Configure and optimize workflows and processes within INFOR M3 to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues while minimizing operational disruption.
  • Provide technical guidance and training to end-users, ensuring successful adoption of INFOR M3 functionalities.
  • Develop and maintain detailed documentation for configurations, processes, and user guides.
  • Monitor system performance and suggest improvements to maximize the potential of INFOR M3.
  • Stay current with INFOR M3 updates, industry trends, and best practices, providing recommendations for system enhancements.
  • Manage and collaborate with external ERP consultants.

 

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience in configuring and implementing M3 operational modules, including customizations and integrations.
  • In-depth understanding of supply chain and manufacturing processes, including procurement, production planning, inventory management, order fulfillment, and distribution.
  • Proven ability to identify and resolve complex system issues.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of ERP best practices and operational compliance requirements.
