Lead or support Infor LN Supply Chain process design, configuration, and optimisation across Order Management, Procurement, Inventory, and Logistics modules.
Collaborate with key business stakeholders to translate operational requirements into effective system solutions aligned with best practices.
Manage and execute end-to-end implementation or upgrade activities, including testing, user training, and go-live support.
Analyse and troubleshoot supply chain–related issues within Infor LN, providing functional and process-level expertise.
Work closely with technical teams to define functional specifications for integrations, customisations, and reports.
Deliver process documentation and knowledge transfer to internal users, ensuring smooth post-project handover.
