As an Infor LN Solution Architect, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our Infor LN system to meet the specific needs of our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Infor LN and a proven track record of successfully implementing and customizing the platform in a manufacturing environment.
Infor LN Solution Architect Responsibilities
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within the Infor LN system.
- Configure, customize, and implement Infor LN modules to enhance manufacturing processes and overall system performance.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Infor LN, resolving issues in a timely manner to minimize disruption to operations.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Infor LN with other systems and applications.
- Conduct training sessions for end-users and create documentation to facilitate knowledge transfer.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Infor LN Technical Consultant with a focus on manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of Infor LN modules, including but not limited to Finance, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain Management.
- Experience in configuring and customizing Infor LN to meet specific business requirements.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or collaboratively as part of a team.
- Effective communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Relevant certifications in Infor LN will be a plus.
