Infor LN Master Data Manager

About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Infor LN Master Data Manager to take ownership of our ERP master data across the organisation. You will ensure that key data – including materials, suppliers, customers, and product structures – is accurate, consistent, and fully supports our business processes. This role requires strong functional knowledge of Infor LN, an eye for detail, and the ability to work closely with both IT and business teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage the master data strategy within Infor LN.

• Maintain and enforce data governance standards to ensure data quality and consistency.

• Oversee the creation, maintenance, and validation of all critical master data such as materials, suppliers, customers, BOMs, and items.

• Work closely with business units and IT teams to make sure master data supports operational and reporting requirements.

• Monitor data quality metrics and implement improvements where needed.

• Provide input and support for ERP implementations, upgrades, and process changes, highlighting any master data impacts.

• Train and guide team members and end-users on master data processes and best practice.

Skills and Experience:

• Degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.

• 5+ years’ experience in ERP master data management, ideally with Infor LN.

• Strong understanding of manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, and finance processes.

• Excellent analytical skills and experience with data governance.

• Experience in data migration, cleansing, and ERP upgrades is highly desirable.

• Strong communicator with experience managing stakeholders across multiple teams.
