About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced IFS SCM (Supply Chain Management) Consultant to join our growing ERP team. You’ll play a key role in delivering end-to-end supply chain solutions within IFS Cloud — from requirements gathering and configuration to testing, training, and post-go-live support.

This is an opportunity to work on high-impact projects with leading organisations, helping them optimise operations and unlock the full value of IFS.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead workshops to analyse business processes and translate them into IFS SCM solutions.

  • Configure and implement IFS modules across Procurement, Inventory, Demand Planning, and Order Management.

  • Collaborate with functional and technical teams to ensure seamless integration with Finance, Manufacturing, and Projects.

  • Support data migration, testing, and user acceptance phases.

  • Provide end-user training and documentation to ensure effective adoption.

  • Act as a trusted advisor, recommending best practices and process improvements.


Skills & Experience Required

  • 5+ years of ERP experience, with at least 3 years focused on IFS SCM (Apps 9, 10, or Cloud).
  • Proven track record in full lifecycle IFS implementations.
  • Deep understanding of supply chain processes — procurement, logistics, inventory, and planning.
  • Strong functional knowledge of IFS components such as Inventory Management, Purchasing, and Order to Cash.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a cross-functional delivery team.
