Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled IFS Functional Consultant (HCM) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a key part in the implementation, optimization, and support of the IFS Human Capital Management (HCM) module. You will work closely with stakeholders across HR and IT to ensure the successful delivery of IFS solutions that align with business needs and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the subject matter expert for IFS HCM modules (e.g., HR, Payroll, Time & Attendance, Recruitment, Talent Management)
- Lead or support end-to-end implementations, upgrades, or rollouts of IFS Applications (primarily HCM).
- Collaborate with business users to gather, analyze, and document functional requirements.
- Configure IFS HCM modules to meet business requirements and optimize system performance.
- Provide training and guidance to HR teams and end users.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues; liaise with IFS support where necessary.
- Contribute to testing, data migration, and integration activities.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation of system configurations and processes.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and identify opportunities to enhance system capabilities.
