Job Title: IFS Application Manager

Location: Netherlands

Type: Full-Time/Permanent – Hybrid (1 days in the office)

My client is seeking an enthusiastic and driven IFS Application Manager to join their team in the Netherlands.

You must possess strong expertise in IFS applications (Apps 10), have a solid understanding of data quality principles and excel at communicating with stakeholders across various levels.

In this role, you'll be pivotal in ensuring the seamless operation and optimal use of our business applications (IFS). You will be responsible for managing, configuring, and supporting key areas of the business ensuring they meet the organisation's operational needs effectively.

 

As an IFS Application Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Configure and maintain business applications to align with operational workflows and requirements. Ensure data integrity and consistency across platforms.
• Provide functional support by resolving user issues, answering queries, and delivering training when necessary.
• Identify opportunities to enhance process efficiency and improve the overall use of applications.
• Work closely with stakeholders to implement updates, offer support, and promote best practices. Provide proactive advice to management, colleagues, and software suppliers on IT functionalities.
• Create reports and analytics within the application to offer valuable insights to management.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of application configurations and updates, including user guidelines.
• Assist with ensuring compliance with security standards and regulations. Contribute to security audits and assessments.

Essentially you will play a pivotal role in advising and implementing business strategies that enhance our clients' operational performance and overall business success.

 

We are looking for someone who has:

• Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal)
• Strong communication skills in Dutch is an advantage
• Strong understanding and experience of IFS ERP (Apps 10) principles and business processes.
• Proven experience as an IFS Consultant or IFS Key User.
• Project management skills to plan and execute application changes
• IFS Cloud experience desirable but not essential.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
