Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC) and NAV Functional Support Specialist. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience supporting NAV and BC projects within a Microsoft Partner environment. This role offers an opportunity to work on diverse projects and broaden your expertise.

Functional Support - Business Central Key Requirements

  • German speaking only
  • Proven experience in a support role with Dynamics 365 Business Central.
  • In-depth knowledge of key support systems and processes.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to manage client relationships effectively and resolve issues with professionalism.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with our D365 Business Central team to support various projects.
  • Serve as a champion for the BC solution, providing comprehensive support for all aspects of Business Central, including core applications, popular add-ons, extensions, and apps.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of all elements of the BC essentials license, with no requirement for manufacturing knowledge.

Skills & Experience

  • Specialization in Dynamics 365 NAV/BC functional support.
  • Several recent years of experience supporting NAV and BC projects within a Microsoft Partner environment.
  • Eagerness to expand knowledge and work on a wide variety of projects.
