We are seeking a highly experienced NetSuite Project Director to lead end-to-end NetSuite implementation and optimisation projects. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in NetSuite ERP, strong project management skills, and the ability to align NetSuite solutions with business objectives. This leadership role requires overseeing cross-functional teams, ensuring project delivery within scope, budget, and timelines while driving strategic value for stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Leadership & Strategy: Define project scope, objectives, and success metrics, ensuring NetSuite implementations align with business goals.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact between internal teams, external partners, and executive leadership to manage expectations and communication.
- End-to-End Implementation Oversight: Lead NetSuite ERP implementations, upgrades, and optimisations, ensuring smooth execution from planning to go-live.
- Risk Management & Issue Resolution: Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively address challenges to keep projects on track.
- Team Coordination: Manage cross-functional teams, including consultants, developers, finance, and IT stakeholders, ensuring seamless collaboration.
- Budget & Timeline Management: Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget while maintaining high-quality execution.
- Change Management & Adoption: Drive user adoption by facilitating training, stakeholder buy-in, and process improvements.
- Reporting & Performance Tracking: Provide regular updates to senior leadership on project status, risks, and KPIs using dashboards and reports.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 8+ years in ERP project management, with at least 5 years specifically in NetSuite implementations.
- Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of NetSuite ERP, including financials, CRM, inventory, supply chain, and SuiteCloud customisation.
