Freelance NetSuite Consultant (8-Month Contract – Fluent German Required)

Location: Remote / Hybrid (Germany or EU-based preferred)

Language Requirement: Fluent in German & English

 

About the Role

We are looking for a Freelance NetSuite Consultant to support a major NetSuite implementation and optimisation project for an Manufacturing client in the North Rhine. This is an 8 month contract requiring expertise in NetSuite ERP, strong business process knowledge, and fluent German communication skills to engage with local stakeholders.

 

 

As a key part of the project team, you will drive configuration, customisation, integration, training, and post-go-live support to ensure a seamless NetSuite transition.

 

Key Responsibilities

? NetSuite Implementation & Optimisation

• Lead and support the end-to-end NetSuite implementation process.
• Configure NetSuite modules (Finance, CRM, Inventory, Supply Chain, etc.) based on business needs.
• Optimise workflows, reports, and dashboards for efficiency.

? Business Process Analysis & Stakeholder Collaboration

• Work closely with German-speaking stakeholders to understand business processes and NetSuite requirements.
• Conduct workshops and process mapping sessions.
• Translate business needs into customised NetSuite solutions.

? Data Migration & System Integration

• Ensure clean and accurate data migration into NetSuite.
• Support third-party system integrations 

? User Training & Post-Go-Live Support

• Provide hands-on training for German-speaking end-users.
• Develop user documentation in German & English.
• Offer ongoing support and troubleshoot issues post-implementation.

? Project Management & Communication

• Collaborate with internal teams, IT departments, and external consultants.
• Manage timelines, risks, and deliverables to ensure on-time project completion.
• Act as a bridge between technical teams and business users.

 

Required Qualifications & Skills

? Experience: 4+ years as a NetSuite Consultant (freelance or full-time).

? Language: Fluent German (C1/C2) & English (spoken and written).
