Job Title: Freelance Microsoft Dynamics (F&O) Finance Consultant
Location: Remote (Germany-based)
Languages: Fluent in German and English
Availability: 3 to 5 days per week

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics Finance Consultant to support our ongoing projects. The ideal candidate will be based in Germany, fluent in both German and English, and available for remote work. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and optimize Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) solutions, with a focus on financial modules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse business processes and recommend solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance modules.
• Lead or support implementations, including system configuration, customization, and integration.
• Provide expertise in areas such as general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, budgeting, and fixed assets.
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, design workflows, and provide training.
• Ensure the financial solution aligns with the client's business goals and complies with local regulations.
• Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of implemented solutions.
• Collaborate with both technical and functional teams to deliver optimal results.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Consultant (D365 F&O).
• Strong knowledge of financial processes and regulations in Germany.
• Fluent in both German and English.
• Experience with system configuration, customization, and data migration.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Dynamics 365 Project Operations or Supply Chain Management modules.
• Familiarity with Power Platform and related integrations.
• Previous experience in a freelance or consulting role.

Contract Details:

• Part-time: 3 to 5 days per week (flexible based on project needs).
• Remote work with occasional on-site visits (if required).
• Competitive freelance rates based on experience.
