Business Central Support

Business Central Support:

Must be fluent in written and spoken German.

Your tasks and opportunities:

• You will support and advise customers from the waste management or social economy sectors on questions relating to software.
• You will record and process fault reports or questions in the ticket system.
• You will administer the ERP software Microsoft Dynamics, including industry solutions.
• You will work closely with colleagues in software development and IT consulting in the company.
• You will train customers on the ERP system.

Your profile:

• You have a technical-business education or experience in comparable activities.
• You have experience in the Business Central field of ERP solutions.
• You are used to working independently and are characterised by a high level of customer orientation.
• You have a strong service orientation and enjoy interacting with customers.
• You enjoy dealing with friendly colleagues and customers.
