After two years of effort, the company faced challenges in going live due to various issues throughout its IFS project. Their primary obstacle was the shortage of IFS specialist skillsets in specific modules they intended to include. Consequently, the business grappled with budget constraints and staff retention issues.

The company aimed to deploy IFS across its multiple sites in the DACH region and other regions further afield across Europe. The initial go-live was scheduled for their main site, followed by a phased rollout to other locations.
