Over the last few days, I've been having a few conversations around potential Infor projects with clients.
One question being asked a lot is down to Project Managers and how beneficial it is to use an independent PM referred to consultancies providing them with one. 🤷♂️
I have compiled the following which I believe is the benefits of hiring an independent PM and why I would recommend it. 👇
