Spending time working at Fox’s Biscuits, Declan brought together a variety of ingredients, a transferrable skill that comes in handy connecting with a diverse selection of candidates here at IT Works. The role definitely helped him hone his patience and precision skills in order to successfully bake the perfect Golden Crunch Cream (which those in the office will surely be asking for orders of).
Declan also worked as a car sales executive where he identified solutions for customers, built relationships and ensured he kept up to date with evolving technology of the industry in order to provide the best service to his customers.
As one of our IFS experts, Declan concentrates on connecting clients with resources they may need within the market, understanding their pain points and requirements for projects, like implementing IFS Cloud.
He continues to stay goal orientated and tackles challenges in his spare time, but on the football pitch. Whether playing it with his mates or FIFA on his console, there’s few times you won’t hear about Declan’s passion for footie. Like any strong team, he communicates processes and situations clearly to any clients he works alongside.
